ringbeta provides disposable temporary email inboxes, temporary virtual phone numbers, API access, and related privacy communication tools. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" for personal and business evaluation purposes.

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to: spamming, phishing, distributing malware, engaging in fraudulent transactions, bypassing security controls, harassment, or violating intellectual property rights. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access without notice.

You acknowledge that temporary emails and phone numbers are temporary and public/semi-public in nature. Emails and messages received are automatically deleted after a specified retention period. We do not guarantee permanent storage, message delivery, or uninterrupted availability. Do not use temporary inboxes or numbers for critical accounts, banking, or sensitive personal data.

Paid services, subscriptions, and balance top-ups are subject to our billing terms. All charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ringbeta and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including lost profits, loss of data, or service interruptions.
